If you're getting an error when status says online then log back in and correct your username and password as most likely your credentials are wrong. Please note that status only changes after its been 10 minutes of outage or longer. There should be only one playlist listed now so just use that one.
Please note that for some devices a VPN may be needed depending on your ISP and make sure Stream format is always set to HLS which will eliminate freezing for firesticks

If i have a problem with the service what should i do?
Please submit a ticket below and responses will be sent within 24 hours during regular business hours 9-5pm Monday-Friday for URGENT matters only to do with the actual service. First always check status above first before sending a ticket. Please include a detailed response of the issue along with your login info and version you're running. If it's after business hours please expect a response the following day. Requests for new Movies and TV series will not be responded to unless an existing series hasn't been updated in over a week. How do I eliminate constant freezing/buffering/repeating, lips not matching sound?
​
FIRST, check that our status is online then run a WiFi speed test at home on your phone(you should have a download speed of at least 15 MBPS). If that's good then reboot your Firestick by holding the circle and play button together for a few seconds. If that doesn't work then reboot your modem by unplugging for at least 5 minutes if its still not working (it also could be as simple as unolugging and plugging the stick back in after a minute).
You can change stream format to HLS in the Angel TV settings which seems to fix it. Another fix is to reconnect completely by fully logging out and back in. To do this go to your Angel home settings click on change playlist, edit, remove your login info, re-enter it fully, then click update playlist and connect.
Lastly click "Force stop" go clear your data and cache by going into settings on your device, applications, manage installed apps, Angel TV then click "Forde stop". While you're doing this you can also clear cache and clear data. This will completely refresh the app and require you to log back in. Any one of these should fix the problem immediately.
Also, when you're not using the app or watching TV then make sure to exit the APP before actually shutting your TV off. There is a misconception that the Off button on a firestick remote shuts the stick off but it doesnt, it shuts your TV off but the app and stick is always running which will cause freezing unless you exit. Hit the home button after you're finished watching so you're not constantly running the app as well as using unnecessary wifi data. This will help immensely.
Please also note that if you have multiple devices under 1 account this all must be used under the same household or freezing can occur as its tied into one IP address.
For the new version 3.5 app once you clear data open the app, click edit playlist, completely delete your login info and re-enter. Then click connect and this will reset and fix it for you.
Also note that for some Internet services a VPN is required to fix this which can easily
be downloaded and installed on the Firestick

How often do you update Movies and Series?
Typically every 24-48 hours unless its specified different under TV Status or in between holidays

How can i watch a show or game that i missed and can i record?
We have a folder called Catch-Up on the home screen of the app that allows you to watch things that were missed within 24 hours provided it has a clock beside the channel as direct recording can't be done on firestick or android devices.
How do I Factory Reset my Firestick or Android Box?
Firestick - Go to settings, My Fire TV, Factory Default Settings, click and wait a few minutes
Android Box - Settings, Advanced Settings, Factory Default should be located there.
How do i turn off/on subitles?
Click app settings, general settings and ✔ or un ✔ subtitles. In a movie or show you can click settings at the bottom left or top right and disable subtitles there as well. VLC player works much better for this as subtitles can be downloaded in different languages through that player rather then the default.
I keep playing a movie or series and it shuts off and resets to the beginning again. How do i fix this?
Download an app for the firestick called VLC (picture of a construction cone) or MX player (both can be searched and downloaded free on the Firestick). Then go to external player selection in App settings and add it. That should fix it or logging compmetely out and back in should once you clear data (see above). Please refer to the posted video on the site that shows you how to download VLC. You can also change the stream format to HLS and that may fix it. Also it may be as easy as just unplugging and plugging the stick back in after a minute
How do i sign up and how easy is set up?
Setup is very simple and takes 5-10 minutes walk through over the phone. All you need is a Firestick (can be purchased on Amazon or Best Buy) or Android Box (or mobile device if you want to watch using your phone. Samsung or Apple works). What internet speed do i need to run this?
I'd say a speed of at least 15 MBPS as a WiFi Download Speed.

Im sometimes getting "No Signal found" on some channels
The Channel could be unavailable, or no event/scheduled game is playing on it that day or you just need to go right/left on your remote to kick it back in as this happens when you've been on the same channel for a long period of time. Also, try reconnecting to the server by logging back in from fresh ir it can be as simple as just unplugging. AnD plugging the stick back in after a minute.
Does it synch with Bluetooth speakers/Surround sound system?
Yes, on your device go to bluetooth settings and connect to it there but also adjust the delayed sound on your soundbar up or down to match your picture so its in synch
Angel TV isnt loading when i click on it
Go to settings on your device, manage installed apps, Angel TV then click clear cache and clear data. Re-open the app and log back in
When i open the TV screen on my Firestick some of the page is cutting off
Go to Firestick settings, display and audio, display, calibrate display and then adjust up or down according to your TV size, then save and re-launch the app. Everything should then fit to size
Can i block certain folders like "Adults"?
Yes, go to settings in the app, parental control and then select the folder you wish to block which youll need to create a code for or I can remove it completely on my end for you.
What happens if i move or im traveling? Can i take this with me?
You can take your device with you anywhere and the app will still work. Just make sure the device you're using is connected to your new Wifi Network
Can i use this on Apple, Samsung or Chromecast devices?
Absolutely! This app will work on any Apple/Samsung phone or tablet as well as Google Chromecast

The Angel TV icon disappeared from the home page of my Firestick
Amazon will do automatic updates from time to time that may cause this or even a power failure. To get it back go to all apps (icon is beside settings on the top right of the firestick), go to my/all apps and it should be there which you can open or reassign to your home screen
